What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When users register, purchase services, or fill out forms on our site, we collect personal information including your name, email address, and any other details you submit. This data is used for client intake, communication, and the delivery of training services.
We use the WP User Manager plugin to manage user accounts. The data submitted through registration forms is securely stored on our server and is only accessible to authorized administrators.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. After approval, your profile picture (if available) is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in your details again for future comments. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we’ll also set up cookies to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out will remove these cookies.
If you edit or publish content, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser to indicate the post ID. This cookie contains no personal data and expires after 1 day.

We do not sell your data. If you make a purchase, your payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our server.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize follow-ups automatically.
For registered users, we store the personal information provided in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your information at any time (except your username). Website administrators can also access and edit this data.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold, including any data you’ve provided. You can also request that we erase your data, except for information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
